HELLOOOOO

Hi. It's me. Your favorite person ever.

Kidding. But it is I.

I was going to do a "this month" post, but I didn't quite feel like doing that. Because I wanted to say some things and also not care about other things. HERE WE GO.

Thing #1 // Not that important, but it's really snowy in Colorado. Yesterday it snowed from 6-15 inches all over. I think we got about a foot in our yard. What do you do? You build the biggest snowman. Unfortunately, today it was all sunny (that's just how Colorado rolls, I'm telling ya) and so that snowman kind of...fell and melted over. I think it was around...seven feet tall? Measurements are not my thing, but I think that's it.

AFTER ALL MY HARD WORK BUILDING IT. *scream*
Thing #2 // Books have been my thing this month. I started with The Mysterious Benedict Society at the beginning of March finished those by the 11th (3 books total - 300+ pages each? maybe?), then next I went on to the Penderwick books. There are...four(?) total currently written with about 200+ pages each. I finished that series last week sometime. Around the 17th. Then I picked up some books from the library and I finished one yesterday and one today. Squee. So I'm out of books until the 26th when we go to the library again.

Thing #3 // Speaking of books, Camp NaNoWriMo is next month (in a couple of days WHAT.) I am slightly panicked.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M GOING TO WRITE. I'm setting Broken Warrior aside because I've been stuck on it forever and I need to delete a huge chunk out of it. I'm going to start a new book with NaNo (last year for Camp NaNo, I started Broken Warrior, actually. I don't know if it was the April Camp, though...). But all the ideas have escaped me and all I have are characters and some random facts.

#uselessemptybrain

Those were all pretty lame Things. But that's okay. It just shows you that my life does have its boring parts. For other people, at least. I like to know random things. I'll say to a person I'm walking with, "What do you think of the color of that car?" and they'll reply with something like, "It's nice, but not on a car. Maybe if it was a blanket or something." And I'll store that information in my brain never to be used again.

...

Which is probably why there's no room for book ideas. Oh, well, c'est la vie.

What have you been up to? Read any (good) books lately? Are you doing Camp NaNoWriMo? Do you like GIFs? (I love gifs) Any Things to tell me? #goforit #idontevenusehashtags #bAIII

Um, I am currently reading a book that is a secular criticism of evolution and it is scrumptiously scientific.
NO I'm doing school instead of anything else and it's stupid. And I WILL send you that book sometime, just as soon as ever I can. Probably. Maybe. ;)

    1. HAHAHA. i knowww. i love Canada, but i've never bene. it sounds absolutely horrendously lovely. <3 eek. Camp NaNoWriMo is National Novel Writing Month. You have a word goal like 50k words, and you write as many words a day that you need to reach it by the end of the month. So it's writing a novel in a whole month (or half a novel or 3/4s of a novel or whatever). :)
